I’ve come to realize sometimes all you need is a good night sleep and a morning run to feel better. My body was out of WHACK last night from traveling, but I got up, ate quick and went for a run. Running somewhere new use to daunt me, but I really enjoyed a cool misty morning here in Wisconsin somewhere I’ve never been! I ran 10 easy miles, which felt great and my body needed to do that. I felt SO much better afterwards, the sun was coming up, and I was completely at peace. A complete 160 turn around from yesterday!
I came back to my friend Anna’s, and made some protein oats and had a shake, and sat out on the back porch eating. It’s nice to just relax and be looking forward to the day ahead! We are planning to go on a “tour” of Lambo field and maybe do some shopping! It’s going to be sunny and 75 out so it will be a GREAT day! Also the bruins play tonight at 6…they NEED to win to move on! LETS GO!
