Anyone else just feel like when it’s nice out your mood goes up by 10000%? Because I’m the same way. I got up, had a mush oatmeal before my run (I LOVE THESE). If you have never tired them, you NEED too. I felt so good today, mostly because the sun was out, the birds were chirping, and I was just happy my body felt good. By the end of the run I got that feeling like I wanted to sprint and run faster and further, which I take as a positive sign my body is adapting well physically and mentally! I took a UCAN edge gel. Honestly opinion, it was gross. Such a weird flavor and was literally like water. It served its purpose and I felt fine, just not my favorite! I got some free ones from and even so I’ll use them, but wouldn’t spend money on them. I am so excited because I’m booking all of my flights to go to Austin Texas in June (ahhh) and I leave for Wisconsin in a week! It’s going to be 75 degrees here today and man am I ready for summer!
