Hey hi happy FRIDAY!!! I graduate from college tomorrow although I feel like I’m not even in college LOL and I’m not done yet! (Hello masters program coming this fall!) that being said today was my BIG training day since my coach switched the usual Friday Saturday schedule. Today I did 10 miles then a pull lifting day that was about 45:00. I rotted on the couch with some delicious oatmeal and snacks (iykyk) then ran 10 miles this afternoon and BPY OH BOY DID I FEEL GOOD. After tomorrow’s run I’ll doing the afternoon I’ll have run 90 miles this week. MY HIGHEST MILAGE EVER yahoo! I also feel so good. I’m not sore, I’m not tired, I feel GOOD. I’ve worked on fueling and nutrition so much and I’m eating around 3,300 calories a day. It’s not the most comfortable coming from my past background but I feel SO good in training. And my goal is performance so I’m so happy things are coming together! What are some of your favorite foods? Anyone have any fun plans this weekend? who is following along with NHL playoffs? Excited to watch the bruins tonight!

Also can we take a minute for how pretty the sky is? Clouds, sun, blue….I love the outdoors :)
