Gooood morning beautiful people! I was able to sleep in until **6AM when my body naturally woke up. This 50 mile ultra training has me feeling a WAY let me tell you ( shoutout to Matt Johnson for killing me and pushing me ). I ONLY have a 3 mile run today and 20 on tap tomorrow to total 81 miles this week. So taking the morning nice and slow, enjoying a warm bowl of oatmeal, and letting myself relax! Ready for a day to do nothing but rest and be ready for a good weekend! What do you all have going on this weekend?
